MIAMI, FLORIDA: A shocking twist has emerged in the ongoing legal battle involving Priscilla Presley, widow of Elvis Presley, and her former business associate, Brigitte Kruse.

According to recent court filings, a sensational claim has surfaced suggesting that Lisa Marie Presley, Priscilla’s late daughter, may have had a secret lovechild who currently resides in Florida, as per OK! Magazine.

The bombshell revelation has added another layer of complexity to an already dramatic legal saga between the two women, which began with accusations of financial elder abuse and breach of contract.

Allegations of Lisa Marie Presley’s secret child came to light through Brigitte Kruse's legal complaint

The allegations of Lisa Marie Presley’s secret child came to light through Brigitte Kruse's amended legal complaint, which was filed in response to Priscilla Presley's lawsuit.

Priscilla, 79, had initially accused Kruse of financial elder abuse after their business relationship deteriorated, but Kruse countersued, claiming a breach of contract.

According to RadarOnline.com, Kruse’s complaint was intended to prove that Priscilla has deeper ties to Florida than she admits, hoping to prevent the dismissal of Kruse's lawsuit on jurisdictional grounds.

Writer Tony Ortega, known for his coverage of legal battles in Hollywood, reported on the lawsuit and the startling claim of a previously unknown child.

"Brigitte’s suit implies that Lisa Marie Presley had another, previously unknown, child who lives today in Florida, and that this existing grandchild is part of the reason that Priscilla has definite ties to the state,” Ortega explained.

This revelation sparked speculation and intrigue, especially as Ortega pointed out that the court documents could not be referring to Lisa Marie’s known children—Riley Keough and twins Finley and Harper Lockwood—since they all reside in California.

While the documents remain vague on specifics, the mention of a secret lovechild adds yet another layer of mystery to the already dramatic Presley family saga.

Filings detail how Priscilla Presley allegedly spent considerable time in the Sunshine State

Another focal point of Brigitte Kruse’s complaint is the assertion that Priscilla Presley has significant ties to Florida, an argument critical to the jurisdictional debate in the case.

The legal filings detail how Priscilla allegedly spent considerable time in the Sunshine State in recent years, even hinting at plans for a permanent move.

“Presley was shopping for a permanent home in the Palm Beach area,” the court documents claim, adding that she had already begun preparations to relocate.

“Presley demanded that her belongings be moved to Florida, where they were stored for her at no cost to help get the move started.”

The documents further note that Priscilla had made repeated visits to Florida in the year before the initial lawsuit was filed, strengthening Kruse's argument that she maintained a significant presence there.

Kruse’s argument hinges on proving that Priscilla’s connections to Florida are substantial enough to prevent the lawsuit from being dismissed on jurisdictional grounds.

As the legal battle intensifies, questions about Priscilla’s personal and business dealings in Florida remain central to the case.

The feud between Priscilla Presley and Brigitte Kruse began in 2021 when the two women met during an auction event involving Elvis Presley's memorabilia.

Kruse, an auctioneer, had become friends with Priscilla, and the relationship eventually evolved into a business partnership. However, that partnership soured, leading to a bitter legal dispute that has now entered the public spotlight.

Kruse’s lawsuit against Priscilla includes detailed accusations, including claims that Priscilla had repeatedly visited Florida in connection to her business dealings and personal matters.

The amended complaint also references the claim of Lisa Marie’s alleged lovechild as part of the broader argument about Priscilla’s ties to the state.

In response, Priscilla filed her own suit, accusing Kruse of stealing more than $1 million from her. Priscilla’s legal team described Kruse as a "con artist and pathological liar" in court documents.

According to Priscilla, Kruse and other associates had fraudulently convinced her to give them power of attorney and control over her family’s financial trusts and bank accounts. Priscilla believes she was "fraudulently coerced" into handing over control, only to be deceived and financially exploited.
