WASHINGTON, DC: Right-wing activist Laura Loomer has lashed out at Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) after the latter’s appearance on Bill Maher's show, accusing the congresswoman of "badmouthing" President Donald Trump.
The outburst comes as Greene navigates tensions within her party while publicly reaffirming her support and loyalty to the president.
Laura Loomer calls Marjorie Taylor Greene a 'pathological liar'
Taking to X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, November 1, Laura Loomer wrote, “@RepMTG went on Bill Maher’s show last night (who I am suing by the way) and she looked giddy like a school girl bad mouthing President Trump with @billmaher."
"She then lied and said she has a great relationship with President Trump. I know for a fact that is a lie. The White House cannot stand her these days," she added. "I’ve never seen such a pathological liar in my life before."
Marjorie Taylor Greene's remark that irked Laura Loomer
On Friday’s episode of 'Real Time with Bill Maher', Marjorie Taylor Greene made sure to pledge her allegiance to Donald Trump several times, hoping to dispel any doubts following her recent clashes with fellow Republicans.
When asked about the president being mad at her, referring to her criticisms about the Jeffrey Epstein probe and the government shutdown, the congresswoman responded, “I’ve got a great relationship with the president, I’ve always supported him and gave him my support for free.”
She went on to discuss her angst toward her fellow Republicans, particularly in regard to the shutdown and the inability of both parties to come to an agreement over the expiring healthcare tax credits at the heart of the dispute.
“A lot of the things I say are against my own party, but they’re mainly my frustrations in Congress,” Greene said. “I believe that Congress should be solving a lot of these problems. However, Congress is not solving these problems.”
Calling out House Speaker Mike Johnson by name, she told Maher, “Mike Johnson, for a month now, cannot give me a single policy idea. And I’m angry about that.”

Recently, Sen Ted Cruz (R-TX) also slammed Marjorie Taylor Greene for her "very liberal" stance.
In Wednesday's episode of CNBC's 'Squawk Box', Cruz urged people to ignore her, saying, “My advice is don’t spend much time worrying about what Marjorie is saying.”
The senator claimed his colleague was “suddenly” advocating for Democrat-aligned policies and asserted her views did not reflect the vast majority of Americans.
“What I find is a pretty consistent pattern is whenever an elected official decides that they’re going to turn on Israel and they hate Israel, you will very quickly see every other policy out of their mouth become very, very liberal,” Cruz expressed.
