WASHINGTON, DC: Laura Loomer has revealed her latest wish after playing a significant role in President Donald Trump's decision to fire multiple National Security Council (NSC) staffers.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, April 5, the MAGA firebrand and conspiracy theorist wrote, "I really want to work for President Trump. There is honestly nothing I want more than that," per The Independent.

Gen Timothy Haugh, the director of the National Security Agency and head of US Cyber Command, and Wendy Noble, the deputy director of NSA, were also dismissed by Trump on Thursday.

The self-professed investigative journalist’s candid confession about wanting to join the president's second administration came just a few days after she met Donald Trump for a meeting at the White House, where she revealed her findings about the Signalgate scandal that took the nation by storm recently.

The nation’s security was questioned when The Atlantic's editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, was added to a Signal group chat comprising several high-ranking Trump officials.

During her meeting with the president, which was also attended by Vice President JD Vance and the National Security Advisor Mike Waltz on Wednesday, April 2, Loomer urged Trump to fire a few of the NSC staffers whom she deemed disloyal.

After reports emerged that Haugh and Noble were dismissed, Loomer took to her X account to write, "NSA Director Tim Haugh and his deputy Wendy Noble have been disloyal to President Trump. That is why they have been fired."

Speaking to the reporters, the 78-year-old commander-in-chief praised Loomer as a "patriot" and a "strong person," as well as reflected on her influence on his decision to fire the NSC staffers.

Trump said that he had listened to her, "like I do with everybody. I listen to everybody and then I make a decision."

"Always we'll let go of people—people that we don't like or people that we don't think can do the job or people that may have loyalties to somebody else," he added about the firings.

The far-right activist wrote, "I woke up this morning to learn that there are still people in and around the West Wing who are LEAKING to the hostile, left-wing media about President Trump’s *confidential* and *private* meetings in the Oval Office. I want to reiterate how important it is that people who gain access to the White House or the administration respect the privacy of their conversations with President Trump and his senior staff."

She continued, "Out of respect for President @realDonaldTrump and the privacy of the Oval Office, I’m going to decline on divulging any details about my Oval Office meeting with President Trump."

"It was an honor to meet with President Trump and present him with my research findings. I will continue working hard to support his agenda, and I will continue reiterating the importance of, and the necessity of STRONG VETTING, for the sake of protecting the President of the United States of America, and our national security," Loomer concluded.
