According to Mediaite, sources have provided details about the meeting between far-right activist Laura Loomer and President Donald Trump, which took place on Wednesday, April 2.
The New York Times reported that "Ms Loomer walked into the White House with a sheaf of papers, which amounted to a mass of opposition research attacking the character and loyalty of numerous NSC officials, two of the people said."

It also revealed that Loomer proceeded to publicly criticize these officials in front of National Security Adviser Michael Waltz, who was also present. The report further noted that Trump might act on some of Loomer's recommendations.
Maggie Haberman, Jonathan Swan, and Ken Bensinger of The Times added that Loomer spent the afternoon in the Oval Office, presenting claims about staff members she believed should be fired. The meeting also included Alex Wong, the deputy national security adviser.
The Times reporters noted that the meeting followed Loomer's recent social media attacks on Trump administration officials, including Wong.
They also mentioned, "Mr Wong’s boss, Mr Waltz, has been under fire from detractors both inside and outside the administration for more than a week after the revelation that he created a group on Signal, a nonsecure commercial messaging app, to discuss sensitive details of a military strike in Yemen and inadvertently added a journalist to the chat."
Sources report that Laura Loomer urged Donald Trump to fire members of NSC

According to reports from NBC News, the individuals let go were senior officials Brian Walsh, Thomas Boodry, and David Feith.
Walsh had previously served as a top aide to Senator Marco Rubio on the Senate Intelligence Committee, Boodry worked as a legislative director for National Security Adviser Michael Waltz during his time in Congress, and Feith had held a position at the State Department during President Trump’s first term.
Two individuals familiar with the meeting also shared details with NBC, revealing that the Wednesday meeting between Loomer and Trump in the Oval Office was attended by Waltz and Vice President JD Vance.
One source also mentioned that Rep Scott Perry, R-Pa, a member of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, was present. According to one of the sources, Loomer urged Trump to fire members of his national security staff, while Waltz defended them.
It remains unclear whether Loomer specifically named Walsh, Boodry, or Feith during the meeting.
JD Vance, Laura Loomer and Donald Trump address meeting at White House

In a Thursday interview with Newsmax, JD Vance confirmed the firings but did not indicate whether Laura Loomer played a role. Vance explained, "The president just decided those folks there, they can be good people, but that they weren’t helping his agenda. So he’s going to hire the people who do."
Laura Loomer confirmed the meeting in a statement, describing it as an honor to present her research on the staff to President Donald Trump.
Loomer said, “Out of respect for President Trump and the privacy of the Oval Office, I’m going to decline on divulging any details about my Oval Office meeting with President Trump."
"It was an honor to meet with President Trump and present him with my findings, I will continue working hard to support his agenda, and I will continue reiterating the importance of strong vetting, for the sake of protecting the President and our national security.”
Later, Loomer took to X, where she stated she had "reported" certain national security officials to Trump, claiming they were "disloyal" and had contributed to efforts to undermine his presidency.
You know how you know the NSC officials I reported to President Trump are disloyal people who have played a role in sabotaging Donald Trump?

While Trump confirmed the meeting on Thursday, he denied that Loomer, whom he described as a "patriot" and "very strong person," had recommended any terminations.
Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, the president explained, "Always, we’re going to let go of people – people that we don’t like, or people that we don’t think can do the job, or people that may have loyalties to someone else."
