The 'Littlest Things' singer shared that she has been struggling emotionally and mentally for months as her four-year marriage falls apart.

Lily Allen candidly revealed her difficulties during the January 9 episode of her podcast 'Miss Me?' which she co-hosts with Miquita Oliver as she announced a temporary break to focus on her well-being.
Allen said that her situation has become overwhelming. “I’m finding it really hard to be interested in anything,” she said.
“I know I’ve been talking about it for months, but I’ve been spiraling and spiraling and it’s got out of control," she added.
Despite attempting to maintain social ties, Allen admitted that panic attacks and exhaustion have made it difficult for her to stay at events.
“I can’t concentrate on anything except the pain that I’m going through,” she revealed.
She also announced a hiatus from the podcast, stating that she needs time to recuperate.
Lily Allen praises her daughters, calls them her 'support network'
Lily Allen described how her daughters, Ethel, 13, and Marnie, 11, have been a source of support for her during this challenging time.
“I can say, it’s really tough—they are always there, and you have to be present and there for them,” Allen said.
She noted how her children bring joy but she also requires to stay strong during tough times.
"One of the main sources of joy in one's life. But when things are not going so well...having to hold things together is really hard," Allen shared.
“We are a support network for each other and encourage each other to talk about our feelings," she said referring to her daughters.
"But I think the main thing is telling them we're going to get through it and be fine,” Allen asserted, Daily Mail noted.
Lily Allen denies relapse rumors amid split speculation
Amid growing speculation of split from her husband, Lily Allen addressed rumors about her personal life.
"What I do want to reassure people because there will be speculation...that I’m going to drug rehab—I’m not,” she said.
She added, "I’ve not relapsed. I know there have been some horrible blind items on the internet about me being found by my husband in a crack den...I don’t know who’s spreading these vicious rumors, but that’s not true."
Meanwhile, reports claiming Allen was hurt after discovering David Harbour’s alleged profile on the dating app Raya have surfaced.
A source on Sunday, January 5, told Daily Mail, “Lily was looking for women that were on Raya and cross-referencing them with women David follows on Instagram to try to figure out who he was seeing."
The source alleged that Harbour’s profile had been active for at least a month, further intensifying the speculation.
Another source reportedly said, “He broke up with Lily a month ago. He was meant to be on holiday with her in Kenya over Christmas.”
