WINDSOR, ENGLAND: President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump touched down in the UK for their official state visit. According to The US Sun, a lip reader revealed what Trump said to Prince William and Kate Middleton at the Walled Garden of Windsor Castle after arriving on Marine One.

As soon as they landed, President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump were greeted with a warm welcome. According to a lip reader, Trump greeted Prince William with, “Hello, my friend, how are ya?”

Turning to the Princess of Wales, he complimented her with, “Hello, beautiful, beautiful.” Kate smiled and greeted him with a handshake.

Melania, who stood beside Trump, also greeted the royals, telling William, “It’s a pleasure to see you.” She then turned to Middleton and asked, “How are you?”

As the two couples strolled through the Windsor Castle gardens, they exchanged more personal words. Walking side by side, Trump asked William about his children. Describing George, Charlotte, and Louis, William replied, “They’re well and at school.”

To which Trump answered, “Well, blow me.” William went on, “The new term started a couple of weeks ago.” Trump apparently remarked, “It’s been a while since you chatted with me.”

William then told Kate, “He has missed our little chats.” He added, “We can talk now you’re here on a visit.” Trump responded, “We have lots to catch up on, and there’s been lots of changes.”

Prince William coordinated his look with a burgundy tie, perfectly complementing the burgundy outfit worn by his wife.

Trump, on the other hand, opted for a traditional navy suit with black leather shoes and his signature American flag pin. But instead of his usual bold red tie, he surprised many by wearing purple.

Style strategist Lauren Rothman told Business Insider, “In terms of diplomatic optics, matching as a pair communicates stability and solidarity, especially when standing next to another power couple like Charles and Camilla.”

“Leather shoes and an American flag pin, but instead of his trademark red tie, he chose purple,” added Rothman.

During the ceremonial events, the Prince and Princess of Wales were joined by King Charles III and Queen Camilla. The royal family welcomed President Donald Trump warmly before he and Melania enjoyed a ride in a 172-year-old carriage through the Windsor estate.

The visit of President Trump was marked with a full royal ceremony and grandeur on September 17. Notably, he is the first US president to be honored with a second state visit.
