'Lonely' Pete Davidson spends most of his time at mother's home after latest rehab stint, says source
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Pete Davidson, who hasn't been in his finest shape since his last heartbreak, has been spending more time with his mother following his most recent rehab stint.
Sources revealed to Radar Online that the troubled comedian acknowledged that there was no place like home after his persistent problems caused his closest friends to worry.

Pete Davidson, 30, once again checked himself into a mental health institution because he was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown.
As In Touch Weekly previously reported, the comedian was devastated when 'Outer Banks' star Madelyn Cline broke up with him in July 2024.
"Pete took the breakup very hard, For just a blink of an eye, he may have thought she was the one. They burned so brightly together and had so much in common," a source said at the time.
Following his most recent "erratic" breakdown, the comedian's friends apparently advised him to "move in with his mom [Amy Waters Davidson] and not look back."
"Life in the Hollywood fast lane continues to chew him up and spit him out and it’s not healthy for someone with Pete’s problems. He’s just not solid enough to say ‘no,’ when he has to," the source shared.
Now, according to Radar Online, the former 'Saturday Night Live' cast member recently agreed to move back in with his mother, Amy, after his most recent rehab stint left him broke and job prospects dried up due to his recent issues.
"Pete is spending most of his time hanging with his beloved mom at the Staten Island house he bought for her a few years ago. It has sparked speculation about his lifestyle and his finances. Despite Pete's serial Hollywood romances and high-profile career, his life isn't as glamorous as it seems," the mole said.
They added, "He doesn't have many close friends, and he definitely doesn't have the fortune people think he does."
On Pete's relationship with his mother, the tipster said, "Plus, Pete actually loves being around his mom. They're super close. His friends were becoming increasingly worried about him so he agreed to crash with Amy for life so he can get some order back in his life."
"He had come out of rehab but appeared lost and his behavior was worrying, to say the least. He's sad and lonely but now he has his mom watching his back," they noted.
Pete Davidson has been dealing with mental health issues for years
The 'Bupkis' creator was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and borderline personality disorder (BPD) after his father, Scott Davidson, who was a New York City firefighter for Ladder 118, died in service during the September 11, 2001 attacks. At the time, the comedian was just seven years old.
"I’m always depressed. I have to constantly bring myself out of it. My rock bottom is when people are scared for my life and I have to go away, and then I have to bring myself back up again," the comedian previously shared.
Pete crashed his car into a house in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles in March 2023, causing so much damage that the property had to be demolished. He was charged with careless driving and placed on an 18-month diversion program in June 2023.
In September 2023, the 'Bodies Bodies Bodies' actor admitted that he had been using ketamine every day for four years before entering rehab following the Beverly Hills crash.
Pete last made a significant public appearance on 'Saturday Night Live' on November 2, 2024, and before that, he was spotted at the LA Clippers game on October 23, 2024, at Intuit Dome with Machine Gun Kelly.
