LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Madonna opened up about her health issues that sent her to the hospital in June this year, saying, "The fact that I’m here right now is the f**king miracle," as per Page Six.

During her concert at Barclays Center on Saturday night, December 16, the "Queen of Pop" also noted, "There are some people in this room tonight that were with me in the hospital," before going on to thank those who were by her side during the terrifying time.

In June, the 'Like a Prayer' songstress reportedly collapsed while rehearsing for her Celebration tour and had to be intubated at a New York hospital due to a life-threatening bacterial infection.

Madonna recalls how her children were by her side during June health scare

While speaking about her sudden health struggles, Madonna noted, "There is one very important woman who dragged me to the hospital," before going on to thank a woman named Siobhan who "saved [her] life."

She continued, "I passed out on my bathroom floor and I woke up in the ICU. When I first became conscious, I saw my six incredible children sitting in the lobby."

Adding a bit of humor, the icon noted, "By the way, I had to almost die to get all my kids in one room — I know it’s kind of funny. But they were all pretty scared and I didn’t understand what was going on."

Notably, Madonna has six children — Lourdes Leon, 26, Rocco Ritchie, 23, David Banda, 18, Chifundo "Mercy" James, 17, and twins Stella and Estere, 11.

Madonna remembers her mother who died of breast cancer

The pop star then went on to talk about her mother, Madonna Louise Ciccone, who was only 30 when she died because of breast cancer and remarked, "She was by herself. And I was thinking, ‘What if I left my children?’ That would destroy me to leave my children at this moment in their lives."

"I wasn’t thinking about me. I was thinking about them, and I was thinking about my mother and how scared she must have been to know that she was going to leave us all behind," mentioned the 'Celebration' singer, before asserting, "I don’t take any of this s**t for granted."
