Yung Miami and Diddy accused of trademark infringement in $10 million lawsuit
The Instagram showed the man moving toward Yung Miami as she was hosting a pool party at Sekai Night & Day on Saturday, April 6, RadarOnline reported.
He then handed the 30-year-old rapper the papers on behalf of Charlie Cee, who has accused Miami and Diddy of trademark infringement as he asserts himself to be the owner of 'Act Bad'.
As per Cee's suit, "The defendant had knowingly in bad faith marketed, distributed, offered to sell or sold the United States materially different products. She and her alleged boyfriend Sean Combs has a song called 'Act Bad' and in a magazine stated them as 'Mr and Mrs Act Bad', causing a whole bunch of confusion with Plaintiff trademark."
Now, Yung Miami has to respond in court as she has been served the legal papers.

Internet divided over Larry Taylor's death threat claims
One Instagram user wrote, "But seriously what did you think was going to happen when you posted the video online? Of course, you’re getting backlash. You wanted attention and you got it."
Another said, "I understand why he did it! @yungmiami305 still selling act right on her website on the leather jackets? Right? And she made a Brand with a similar name to confuse the consumers. Sounds like @charliecee is deserving of some 🍞."
"That’s a real friend! It’s easier for you to do it too cause if you have the police do it they aren’t going to be able to as fast cause I’m sure she’s all over the place and when the opportunity arises you have to bounce," opined one more.
A person declared, "Her legal name isn’t yungmiami so you didn’t serve her."
An individual expressed, "Hey you held ya bro down you know how many of them still people's ideas products music make millions and get away with it enough is enough 👏."
"And who tf is you though?! 😅😂😂😂 clout chasing cause you got to serve a paper?!" remarked another person.
