LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Mariah Carey may have hinted that she’s single now as she prepares to celebrate Christmas.

Citing a recent interview with the singer, OK! Magazine reported that she and her beau Bryan Tanaka may have parted ways.

“I've been looking forward to this Christmas for, like, the whole year,” Carey said to People.

The ‘Emotions’ singer also shared, “Since last year—because last year wasn't the greatest. I'm thankful for them all, but it wasn't my most fun version of Christmas ever.”

The breakup speculation came after this statement as Carey has also not posted any photos with Tanaka for several months. The last photo publicly shared by her was in December 2022, which showed her posing alongside the backup dancer.

The caption read, “Happy Boxing Day! ❄️🎄❤️ (Every day is a celebration! 🎉🎉🎁).”

Also, the pair was last seen together in public in March at the time of Carey’s birthday.
