WASHINGTON, DC: When former President Donald Trump debates President Joe Biden this week, Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene believes he would 'do great', according to Raw Story.

Notably, Greene wrote on social media on Tuesday, accusing CNN moderators Jake Tapper and Dana Bash of prejudice.

Greene posted on X, "This Thursday night debate's CNN moderators hate Pres Trump Dana Bash's husband is one of the 51 spies who in 2020 lied by signing his name to the intel community letter claiming Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation."

She added, "Jake Tapper hates Trump so much and has called him Hitler."

However, Greene insisted that she thinks Trump would win the debate. She wrote, "But I have faith in President Trump. He's going to do great!"

Notably, CNN presenter Kasie Hunt had to cut short her interview with Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary for Trump's campaign, on Monday, June 24, because she persisted in criticizing Tapper and Bash.

Moreover, it is anticipated that Biden and Trump—who have both come under fire for their old age and opposed positions on immigration, abortion, the war in Gaza, and other issues—will learn a great deal from the first debate in American history between a sitting president and a former president, as per Yahoo News.

Since their 2020 face-off, the strategy has undergone substantial modification. For this debate, both candidates have agreed to new guidelines and a modified schedule that excludes a studio audience and mandates that each candidate's microphone be muted during the other's speech.

Internet rips MTG as she hurls allegations at CNN team before debate

People on the internet took jibes at Greene as she hurled allegations at the CNN team before the Trump-Biden debate. A user wrote on X, "It's always everyone else's fault when Trump loses. Predictable and pathetic" while one added, "I guess that means you are trying to help Donald find a reason not to appear for the debate."

A person also stated, "MTG - so you are going to lose your re-election" whereas one mentioned, "No one is too fond of you either."

A user also wrote, "You would find problems with the Pope if he were moderating" while one commented, "Wow your always so negative and trying so hard to make it look bias like it’s going to be rigged lol let the planting of seeds begin."
