Marjorie Taylor Greene's BF Brian Glenn gushes over WH press secretary Karoline Leavitt: 'You look great'
WASHINGTON, DC: MAGA congressperson Marjorie Taylor Greene's boyfriend, director of programming for Right Side Broadcasting Network Brian Glenn, complimented new White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt by swooning over how "great" she looked during her first briefing on Tuesday, January 28.
Leavitt, who is 27 years old and the youngest White House press secretary, made her White House briefing room debut by defending President Donald Trump's mass deportation actions and his intentions to cut federal spending, per NBC News.

Brian Glenn praises Karoline Leavitt during Trump administration’s first official press briefing
The flattering greeting followed Karoline Leavitt's announcement that the Trump administration was implementing a new policy that would grant seats to social media influencers and "new media" outlets at press briefings.
Leavitt claimed that the policy was being implemented because "Americans trust in mass media has fallen to a record low."
Glenn, a national correspondent for the far-right network Real America’s Voice, was driven to give Leavitt some words of support before delivering a frivolous question.
"Welcome. You look great. You’re doing a great job," he said. "Thank you," responded Leavitt, per The Daily Beast.
"Some of us in this room know how transparent President Trump has been the last five or six years," Glenn said, shifting from praise to his real question.
He continued, "Do you think this latest incident with the president and Colombia is indicative of the global, powerful respect they have for President Trump moving forward? Not only to engage in economic diplomacy, but also world peace?"
Leavitt seized the chance to boast about Trump's successful use of force to persuade the Colombian government to accept US-returned migrants, saying, "Absolutely."
As a far-right broadcaster, Glenn has gained significant influence among Trump's followers due to his relationship with Taylor Greene, one of the president's most vocal allies in the House.
Glenn appeared to have won over the now-president with his positive coverage of Trump. Together, they are "MAGA America’s favorite couple," he told Politico in April 2024.
According to Politico, Glenn probably had more one-on-one interviews with Trump than any other journalist last year.
Youngest White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt holds first press briefing
The 27-year-old Karoline Leavitt opened her debut press conference by declaring that podcasters and "independent journalists" were welcome to use the press room moving forward, using her first briefing to brag about Trump's accomplishments in his first week in office and defend his recent funding freeze.
"Millions of Americans, especially young people, have turned from traditional television outlets and newspapers to consume their news from podcasts, blogs, social media, and other independent outlets," she said.
"It is essential to our team that we share President Trump’s message everywhere and adapt this White House into the new media landscape in 2025," she added, per The Independent.
Leavitt continued to chastise the "legacy media," announcing that seats previously held by White House staff would now be given to these "new media" organizations.
She also said that she was restoring the press privileges of the 440 journalists from numerous outlets that were "wrongly revoked by the previous administration."
Trump's readiness to interact with alternative media platforms, such as his October participation on Joe Rogan's podcast, has been attributed by some analysts to his election victory.
Leavitt called on many journalists from right-wing outlets after making her "new media" declaration at the beginning of the briefing. In most cases, they praised her for allowing them to pose a question. None, however, were as servile as Glenn.
