The 52-year-old actor shared his dedication to health in a recent Instagram video, highlighting his commitment to early-morning workouts.

The video, posted early Thursday, December 26, showed Mark Wahlberg stepping out of a locker room shower in navy blue shorts, revealing his toned physique preparing for a cold plunge.

In the Instagram clip, Wahlberg told viewers, "4 am, rain or shine. It's raining outside — we're still going plunge." He also captioned the video, writing, "Nothing like a cold plunge in the rain. @thecoldlife @municipal. 4 am club."

The post came just a day after Wahlberg posted another video showing him lifting weights early on Christmas morning. "4 am club @municipal #MunicipalPartner," Wahlberg captioned the workout video.

Mark Wahlberg's wish to 'live long' and fitness motivation

Mark Wahlberg has often spoken about the importance of fitness, especially as he gets older. In a 2023 interview with People, he reflected on how his goals have evolved.

"Before, it was about aesthetics when trying to get in shape," Wahlberg said at the time. "Now, I want to live a long time."

"We're all very fortunate and blessed. You want to live as long as possible. You want to be able to move, and certainly, you got to do it," the 'Deepwater Horizon' actor added.

Mark Wahlberg celebrates Christmas with family

Mark Wahlberg’s wife, Rhea Durham, also celebrated the holidays by sharing the family’s 2024 Christmas card on Instagram.
