TAMPA, FLORIDA: Megan Thee Stallion's Tampa performance during her 'Hot Girl Summer' tour took an unexpected emotional twist, surprising and garnering support from fans.

Stallion is known for her commanding stage presence, the rapper fought back tears before delivering one of her hits.

During her Saturday night show at the Amalie Arena, it was evident that Stallion was burdened by something significant, as per TMZ.

A fan captured the typically unflappable star on video, showing visible emotion as she prepared to sing 'Cobra,' a track from her upcoming album 'Megan,' scheduled for release at the end of the month.

In a viral video posted on TikTok and X, formerly known as Twitter, Stallion is seen with tears in her eyes, pausing to collect herself before starting the song. Despite her efforts, she had to stop again, displaying a rare moment of vulnerability.

The audience responded with cheers and support, empathizing with Stallion’s need to express her feelings. The supportive messages from the crowd were evident, reflecting their love for the star.

After the onstage hiccup, the rapper took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her concert tour and express her gratitude to her millions of followers.

The post was captioned, "TAMPA HOTTIES 🥹🥹🥹🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Thank you, I love y'all! The energy was everything! Love you hotties 💙"

However, it's worth noting that Stallion has not yet addressed the reason behind her onstage tears, as PageSix, reported.

While the exact reason for Stallion’s tears remains unknown, she has been under immense stress recently.

An AI-generated explicit video featuring her surfaced online, leading to a barrage of negative comments. Stallion addressed the issue, condemning the fake content and expressing her frustration over the online harassment.

The 'Savage' rapper appeared to condemn the "fake a*s" video on X earlier that day. “It’s really sick how yall go out of the way to hurt me when you see me winning. Yall going too far, Fake a*s s**t,” she posted. “Just know today was your last day playing with me and I mean it."

Despite these challenges, Stallion continues to push forward with her 'Hot Girl Summer' tour.
