LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Megan Thee Stallion shed light on her fitness routine to inspire her fans and followers through her journey.

Megan Thee Stallion says fitness requires 'a strong support system'

Reflecting on her busy lifestyle which included her frequent travels and work, Stallion said, "There are always going to be tough days, but I remind myself that exercise is an investment into my long-term physical and mental health."

"It also comes down to having good people around you to be your gym accountability partner," added Megan who talked about the importance of having "a strong support system."

The 'Cobra' crooner has been trying to stay focused amid her busy schedule. "It goes back to being disciplined and determined, even while on the road," Stallion said.

The 'Anxiety' singer further emphasized the importance of a healthy diet while working out to stay fit. Stallion shared that she has made changes in her day-to-day diet.

"Having a healthy and balanced diet is a huge part of my process. I’ve integrated a lot of fruit and vegetables into my meals," said Stallion.

"I love protein-rich meals and I drink lots of healthy smoothies — so I’m definitely proud of the adjustments I’ve made. It takes a lot of discipline and consistency, but I try to be extra health-conscious with everything I put into my body," she added.
