Megyn Kelly hailed as she rips Hillary Clinton for asking voters to get over themselves and elect Biden
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Megyn Kelly slammed Hillary Clinton for urging voters to support President Joe Biden during her recent late-night talk show appearances.
During the April 3 episode of 'The Megyn Kelly Show' podcast, Kelly mocked Clinton's for calling Biden the more "compassionate" candidate in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
Hillary Clinton asks people to vote for 'compassionate' Joe Biden
Kelly ripped Hillary Clinton's latest appearance on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.' The late-night host asked Clinton, "What do you say to voters who are upset that those are the two choices," referring to Joe Biden and Donald Trump as 2024 presidential candidates.
Clinton had an unusual reply for Fallon, "Get over yourself those are the two choices." She continued, "You know it's kind of like one is old and effective and compassionate has a heart and really cares about people and one is old and has been charged with 91 felonies." "I don't understand why this is even a hard Choice", she added.
Megyn Kelly rips Hillary Clinton over late-night interview
Kelly, seemingly parodying Clinton's remarks on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon', said, "Hillary Clinton is back, doing a late-night tour." She added mockingly, "Get over yourself. You don't matter. Do what's right for the global citizenry, which is clearly to elect 'the compassionate one with the heart."'
"The guy who skipped Officer Jonathan Diller's funeral, that fallen cop was shot by somebody who had been under arrest 21 times... The one who kept checking his watch as the bodies returned from Afghanistan at Dover Air Force Base. That's 'the compassionate one,' just in case you weren't paying attention" she continued.
Glenn Greenwald, a guest on a podcast and a journalist responded, "If I was a part of the Donald Trump campaign, I would set aside as many funders I could to pay for Hillary Clinton to go on a speaking tour around the United States because I can't imagine anything more helpful to their cause than to have her heard from as much as possible."
He further commented on the reason for her loss in the 2016 election, stating, "The reason she lost [in 2016] is because Americans couldn't stand her precisely because of this kind of mentality."
Greenwald then criticized late-night talk show hosts, such as Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon, for predominantly sharing a "liberal ideology" on their shows instead of offering a more diverse range of political perspectives.
He argued, "That's why they too have lost. Nobody watches those shows anymore. They used to be huge cultural forces."
Kelly concurred with Greenwald's observation and recounted visiting another news outlet's website where she found "a whole lineup of late-night hosts and little clips" all criticizing Trump.
"Every single one. They were all bashing Trump," she remarked.
She added, "Colbert was particularly harsh and nasty. As we've mentioned before, they seem to seek applause rather than laughter, and they aren't getting laughs anymore. They just want approval for their hardline politics, and it's distasteful."
Internet supports Megyn Kelly's take on Hillary Clinton's late-night show appearances
Social media users were quick to react to the Kelly and Greenwald's statements, with some expressing, "Maybe she should take her own advice."
Another person expressed, "There is a reason she lost the election. Not a likable person. Bill is a lot of things but that guy had charisma and like ability. HRC has neither."

"I think the Country is over her," said one viewer.
"Haha. No," seemingly answering to Clinton's appeal to vote Biden.
"She needs to come up with the reasons WHY?" stated another.
"Do opposite of anything Killary says," another viewer urged.
