Megyn Kelly says Renee Nicole Good 'deserved to be shot in the face'
WASHINGTON, DC: Megyn Kelly strongly rejected calls to view Renee Nicole Good’s death as undeserved, arguing that Good deserved to be fatally shot.
Good, a 37‑year‑old mother of three, was killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis on January 7 during a federal immigration operation. The shooting has sparked a fierce national debate over the use of force by law enforcement.
Megyn Kelly hears ICE officer’s exclamation
On January 9, Megyn Kelly reposted a video that Alpha News posted. Alpha News captioned the video saying, "Alpha News has obtained cellphone footage showing perspective of federal agent at center of ICE-involved shooting in Minneapolis."
In her post Kelly declared, "You can literally hear the alarm in the officer’s exclamation as he’s hit. There is nothing left to debate here."
Claire Lehmann, the founder and editor of Quillette, replied on Twitter that the woman, Renee Nicole Good “didn’t deserve to be shot in the face.”
Megyn Kelly quickly responded, saying, “Yes she did. She hit and almost ran over a cop.”

One of the viral videos of the Minnesota ICE shooting shows agents ordering Renee Good, who was sitting in the driver’s seat of an SUV blocking part of a street, to “get out of the f*****g car.”
An agent walked up to the vehicle and reached for the door handle. Good briefly backed the SUV up and then moved it forward, turning away from the agent at her door. At that moment, ICE officer Jonathan Ross, who was near the front of the vehicle, opened fire and struck Good in the face, killing her.
Another video taken on Ross’s own phone shows Good telling him just before the shots were fired, “I’m not mad at you.”
Good’s wife, Rebecca Good, appears in the footage as well, urging the masked agent to show his face and saying, “We don’t change our plates every morning, just so you know. It will be the same plate when you come talk to us later.”
Moments later, as Good tried to drive away and the vehicle moved forward, someone can be heard saying, “F*****g b***h.”

Do you think this officer was wrong in defending his life against a deranged leftist who tried to run him over?
These people are going to try to arrest our law…
He described the woman screaming as a “professional agitator” and said the woman driving the car acted disorderly, obstructed, and resisted, then violently ran over the ICE officer, who “seems to have shot her in self-defense.” He added that it was hard to believe the officer survived, but noted he was recovering in the hospital.
Vice President JD Vance called the woman killed by the ICE agent a “deranged leftist” in response to a video of the incident. He asked on X, "Do you think this officer was wrong in defending his life against a deranged leftist who tried to run him over?"
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem labeled Good’s actions as “domestic terrorism.”
