Mel B reignites feud with Spice Girls, mocks bandmates after getting kicked out of their WhatsApp group
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Melanie Brown known as Mel B from 'Spice Girls' has candidly voiced her frustrations with fellow band members—Emma Bunton, Mel C, Geri Halliwell, and Victoria Beckham—over their lack of enthusiasm for a reunion tour to mark the band’s 30th anniversary.
The singer, known as 'Scary Spice', didn’t hold back when discussing her bandmates on a recent 90s special of 'Never Mind The Buzzcocks', calling them “d***heads” for dismissing her hopes of getting back together.
Mel B wants a Spice Girls reunion despite being 'kicked out' of group chat
Despite her eagerness, the other members seem disinterested in revisiting their 'Spice Girls' days.
According to The Sun, Mel B has been vocal about her wish for a reunion, even at the cost of being removed from the group’s WhatsApp chat.
When asked about her sudden removal from the group chat, Mel B confirmed, “Because they’re d***heads.” She also left open the possibility of a reunion, saying, “I don’t know. We’ll see.”
Earlier this year, Mel B hinted on 'The Jonathan Ross Show' that the group may have plans for the future but was cryptic about the details, saying, “We are wanting to do something and we are but I can't really tell you because I'll get kicked out of the WhatsApp group again so I have to be really careful.”
She added, “We’re definitely doing something. I’m probably going to get told off! I’m in trouble now.”

According to Mel B, her excitement about any 'Spice Girls' plans has often led to her getting removed from the group chat.
“I get kicked out of the group because I get so excited whenever I talk about Spice Girls,” she explained during an appearance on Britain’s 'This Morning'.
She even joked that her enthusiasm for a reunion might be contagious, recalling how she believed her excitement led to their iconic 2012 Olympics performance and the 2019 tour.
Mel B and Geri Halliwell's tense exchange at Victoria Beckham's party adds fuel to feud rumors
Recent reports have suggested that Mel B and Geri Halliwell's relationship remains tense, especially after an incident at Victoria Beckham’s birthday party, where the two were reportedly distant.
Mel B’s previous comment questioning Halliwell's age may have fueled the tension, according to Daily Mail.

According to a source, the two had a “frosty” exchange before distancing themselves from one another at the event.
“Mel tried to smooth things over with Geri at the party but it didn’t go as planned,” the source shared.
“She was laughing it all off, but Geri didn’t seem interested in hearing what she had to say and wandered off.”

Despite the tension, Mel B extended an olive branch afterward, sharing a photo on Instagram with the caption, “What an amazing girl power weekend with all my girls, I have soooo much love and respect for you ALL #friendshipneverends.”

While the group managed a group shot at the party, Halliwell and Mel B kept their distance in the lineup.
