Melania Trump 'not going anywhere' despite absence from Trump's hush money trial, claim insiders

MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Melania and Donald Trump’s relationship has always been in the news, especially after they entered the White House in 2017.

It got more attention during the ex-commander-in-chief’s hush money trial that ran for weeks in the Manhattan court. The former first lady did not make a single appearance in the courtroom as her husband continued to defend himself.

Melania’s absence from hush money trial may have negatively affected Trump politically

And eventually on May 30, Trump was convicted of all the 34 charges he was facing after it was proved he faked his business records to pay $130,000 to an ex-adult film star, Stormy Daniels, just before the 2016 election to shut her mouth regarding their affair.

On judgment day, Melania was not beside her husband despite experts claiming that if she had been there, it would have helped Trump in the political sphere, as reported by Daily Mail.

“At the end of the day, she can make or break his candidacy,” Melania's former aide Stephanie Grisham asserted.

However, it has also been said that the hearings could have proved more hurtful to the former model since her husband had sex with Daniels while she was taking care of herself and her newborn son, Barron, in 2006.

Melania called ‘a ruthless survivor’

The Daily Mail report citing some sources noted that “the lurid courtroom circus contained nothing Melania hadn't known before.”

As per ex-adviser, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, “She knows exactly who she married. She's a ruthless survivor. A little courtroom drama won't make her regret a thing.”

“As soon as this criminal case is over, she will be happy, relieved, back home with Barron in her bathrobe with a smile on her face,” Wolkoff added.

Melania and Donald’s relationship dubbed ‘transactional’

Besides, as per well-informed insiders, the recent legal drama won’t result in Melania’s divorce from Trump, with many claiming the relationship is “transactional”.

A source reportedly added, “Melania is most concerned about maintaining and increasing a substantial trust for their son.”

Meanwhile, a lot of people have reacted online to give their two cents over the pair’s marriage.

“She waiting till he goes to jail,” an X user tweeted.
