LUMBER STATE PARK, NORTH CAROLINA: Mica Miller's pastor husband, John-Paul Miller, 44, sent a series of alarming text messages that intimidated and threatened his wife and her family.

The texts were sent during a heated argument nearly two years before their marriage ended.

In November 2022, he even issued a warning that he was en route to her sister's residence, claiming to be "armed" and "ready".

The messages, shared online by Mica's sister Sierra Francis, have surfaced following Mica's tragic death in Lumber River State Park in North Carolina on April 27.

These newly discovered messages shed light on the breakdown of the couple's marriage in the 18 months leading up to their separation.

In one tense exchange dated November 17, 2022, Miller, who serves as a pastor at Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach, informed his sister-in-law that he was en route to her house, where Mica was visiting, and would arrive at 1 am.

When Sierra cautioned that he wouldn't be permitted entry into their home, Miller challenged her by stating, "You can call the cops."

His response also included a menacing statement: "I'm armed. I'm ready. Mica can fix all of this."

Sierra rebuffed him, emphasizing that threats and intimidation would only exacerbate the situation. The disgraced pastor retorted with indifference, stating, "I don't care (idc) Driving. Can't text. Thanks."

Despite being advised that the police wouldn't be called if he stayed home, Miller callously responded with laughter.

The catalyst for the altercation remains unclear, but messages indicate that Miller referenced a specific incident that had transpired a month earlier.

Miller lamented, "All of this started because of one bad decision a month ago in Columbia. If I could turn back time I would. We had the greatest marriage in the world up until that one wrong choice. It can continue down that path or we can have an amazing marriage once again. The choice is yours."

John-Paul Miller expresses desire to have a child with Mica Miller in text exchanges

According to DailyMail, a 911 call unveiled that Sierra did indeed contact authorities upon receiving the distressing messages.

She informed officers that Mica had visited due to ongoing "issue" in the couple's relationship.

Sierra also disclosed that Miller recently purchased "six guns'" and threatened to remain armed throughout the night until Mica returned.

In the text exchanges, Miller attempted to negotiate with Mica through her sister.

John Paul pleaded for Mica to return home and offered to take the remainder of the year off, attend counseling, and even travel to Iceland together.

He expressed his desire to have a child together. "I also desperately want a child with you. I'm just scared of this. This is the only reason I wouldn't. I'm scared of divorce or putting the child through things like this where you leave and aren't willing to do whatever it takes."

Screenshots revealed a barrage of messages sent directly to Mica, whom he affectionately referred to as 'Honey Baby' in her contacts.

In one alarming message, he said, "My blood is on you, and my kids will know. All you had to do was come home to me. But you don't even care that much about me."

Miller continued to harass Sierra, resorting to derogatory language and threats when she attempted to intervene.

He claimed to have removed all of Mica's belongings from their home and presented Sierra with the ultimatum of disposing them of or returning them to Mica.

Less than seven hours later, he sent another message expressing remorse, "If she comes home today, tell her I'm sorry. So Sorry. I'll do whatever it takes."

Sierra told him his "brain is playing tricks". "If you unblock her you can tell her yourself," she said.

John-Paul Miller promised to take Mica Miller on $3,000 vacation

In subsequent messages, Miller made biblical references and promised Mica Miller a $3,000 vacation to Asheville, North Carolina, along with a 'list' outlining steps to improve their marriage.

He concluded with a declaration of his unwavering devotion, "If she actually cares she will do exactly what God wants. And do whatever it takes to make it work."

"You win! I'll allow you to completely destroy me, continue to hurt me, and will (sic) I'm hurt you leave. But I'll still beg for you back and do whatever if takes if you will come home. You'll never find another man who loves you enough to do whatever it takes after you treat him the way you treated me."
