In the video clip, as Mica attends to her car troubles, she informs authorities about a tracking device installed on her vehicle. However, her efforts to seek assistance are met with further intrusion, as Miller shows up at the pump attempting to engage her in conversation.

Refusing to relent, Mica resorts to recording the encounter on her phone, prompting her husband's departure. Yet, the distressing saga continues as the husband reappears.

Mica makes a heartfelt plea to Miller saying, "Go away," to which Miller responds, "I'll send you the pictures."

She then asks him, "Do you want to go to jail?"

"They'll be on Facebook in a few hours," the suspect states. "Alright, You'll be in jail in a few hours, walk away," distressed Mica asserts.

Mica Miller had filed for divorce before her untimely dearg

Amid escalating tensions, Mica had reached out to the Myrtle Beach police department on multiple occasions in the lead-up to her untimely death.

In her disturbing accounts, she accused her pastor husband of a litany of abuses, including theft, installing a tracking device, and involuntary hospitalization. Another significant detail she shared with the police is that her pastor husband started “grooming” her when she was just 10 years old.

Notably, Mica had filed for divorce in October 2023, but the case was dismissed in February. She filed for separation from Miller in mid-April. On March 22, Mica posted a video on Facebook offering advice for those who may be in an abusive relationship.

More than a week before posting the video, she told a police officer that she was "afraid for her life."

According to investigators, Mica's estranged husband, Miller, was "not in North Carolina on the night before and the day of" her death, reported MEAWW.

Robeson County Sheriff Burnis Wilkins said in a media release, "While I know it's not what many people wanted to hear, the evidence is quite clear and compelling, and we are as saddened as anyone that this occurred."

"In the end, sadly, a tragic decision was made by Mica that ended her life," he added.
