LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'General Hospital' star Johnny Wactor’s "best friend" Micah Parker has called for justice in an emotional Instagram post.

Parker talked about the attempted robbery on Wactor, which turned into a murder, “We need Justice for Johnny. We need to get loud. It is not okay what’s happening in our cities.”

“The city and statewide 'leadership' has enabled criminals and emboldened them. Catalytic converter theft is a brazen act that criminals would not attempt in a densely populated area unless they knew there would be no consequences. That is a failure of leadership,” Parker called for accountability in his video caption.
