NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Michelle Trachtenberg seemed to be in poor health during one of her final outings in New York City before her tragic death, sources informed Page Six.
The actress was seen having dinner at the Italian eatery Sartiano’s last Thursday, February 20, six days before she was found dead, the outlet reported.
Notably, diners at the popular eatery informed the outlet that they were "worried" about Trachtenberg, who seemed to be "in very bad shape."

An insider told Page Six that people at the restaurant were shocked by the 'Gossip Girl' star's evidently poor health.
Meanwhile, a different source informed Daily Mail, "She looked really unwell, just like very sickly. She was thin, like tiny, she couldn’t walk down the stairs. She was not in a great mood, it wasn’t the best impression."
The insider added, "It’s spooky because she was in here just last week on Thursday night. We only just found out about (her death) a few hours ago and it’s really sad. She was just with one other person, a woman who was really nice."
Meanwhile, restaurant owner Scott Sartiano gave a tribute to the late actress on Wednesday evening, February 26, less than a week after she was last seen at the hotspot with a woman, according to Daily Mail.
Sartiano wrote alongside a picture of the actress, "Many years of happy memories. Rest in Peace Michelle."

Michelle Trachtenberg's mother talked to the late actress the night before she found her dead in her New York City apartment, TMZ revealed in a report.
The NYPD confirmed earlier that officers responded to a 911 call at 1 Columbus Place in New York City around 8 am on Wednesday, February 26, according to People.
The NYPD officials said, per the outlet, "Upon arrival, officers observed a 39-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased. Criminality is not suspected."
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that it was Trachtenberg's mother, Lana, who found her "unresponsive, lying on her back in bed," which caused her to alert police and paramedics.
Moreover, Lana last saw Michelle alive at 10 pm on Tuesday, February 25, and "she was clearly active despite her health concerns", according to TMZ.
Michelle Trachtenberg's cause of death ruled 'undetermined'
Michelle Trachtenberg’s death was ruled “undetermined” on Thursday, February 27 morning, after her family objected to an autopsy, a spokeswoman for the city medical examiner’s office informed the New York Post.
The office mentioned that it is obligated to honor the family’s request due to the state’s public health law which limits the medical examiner to conduct only an external examination, per the outlet.
Trachtenberg, known for her roles in 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer', and 'Gossip Girl', underwent a liver transplant last year. A source told The Post that her body may have rejected the organ.
