HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT: During the ongoing trial of Michelle Troconis, a haunting surveillance footage was presented to the jury, showing the accused murderer Fotis Dulos and his alleged accomplice seemingly "disposing of bloodied items" just hours after the brutal murder of Jennifer Dulos.

Luxury real estate developer Fotis, who was charged with the heinous killing of his 50-year-old wife, Jennifer, in May 2019, is alleged to have enlisted Troconis, a Venezuelan socialite, to destroy evidence connected to the crime.

Startling footage sheds light on Fotis Dulos and Michelle Troconis' alleged attempt at covering up Jennifer Dulos' murder

On Monday, January 22, the seventh day of the proceedings at Stamford Superior Court, in the disturbing footage presented, Fotis was seen driving in his Raptor on the day of Jennifer's supposed disappearance, May 24, 2019, making several stops to discard unidentified objects into multiple trash cans in Hartford, Connecticut.

Authorities claim that the pair disposed of a staggering 30 bags of items that day, and traces of the victim's blood were discovered on certain objects recovered from the trash cans, as per Daily Mail.

Prosecutors argue that Fotis murdered his wife in her New Canaan property after she returned from dropping off their five children at school, who were then aged between 8 and 13. Shockingly, Jennifer's body was never found.

In one video, Fotis was seen tossing license plates into a curbside trash container while Troconis, momentarily leaving the vehicle, appeared to retrieve something from the sidewalk near a sewer grate.

Lone Michelle Troconis faces charges in Jennifer Dulos' murder

Notably, Fotis died by suicide in January 2020, leaving Troconis, now 49, to face the legal consequences alone. Despite his death, the trial continues to unravel the dark secrets surrounding the alleged murder and subsequent cover-up.

She has been accused of trying to come up with an alibi for Fotis on the morning of the alleged crime and helping him clean up a truck that police believe Jennifer's husband used on the day of her disappearance.

The socialite vehemently denies charges brought against her in trying to conceal the purported murder of Jennifer, including conspiracy to commit murder, evidence tampering, and hindering prosecution.
