Ariana Madix’s brother Jeremy addresses ‘micro-aggressive’ gestures as reason for dispute with sister

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ariana Madix, the 'Vanderpump Rules' star has reportedly lost contact with her brother, Jeremy Madix.

Jeremy, who has appeared on several seasons of the same show, recently disclosed that he hasn’t been in touch with his sister for months due to an ongoing disagreement.

Why is there a rift between Ariana Madix and Jeremy Madix?

Jeremy clarified to Us Weekly on March 29, that he hasn't been talking to his sister and her ex-partner Tom Sandoval.

“Why I haven’t been talking to my sister and Sandoval are two totally separate things,” Jeremy said referring to Ariana’s 2023 split from ex-Tom Sandoval.

He further stated, “I just want to clarify that I haven’t talked to my sister due to me having to stand up for my fiancee.”

Jeremy, who got engaged to his girlfriend Rachael on March 31, according to BravoTv revealed that his future wife and Ariana didn’t necessarily see eye to eye.

“There’s been some small micro-aggressive gestures toward my fiancee, and that’s what’s led to me not talking to my sister,” he explained.

Jeremy thinks he will always have his sister Ariana back, but for now, he has to choose between his sister and fiancee. 

“It’s been going on for quite some time. I think that we’ve just been kind of letting it pass, because of course I’m always going to have my sister’s back," Jeremy told the outlet.

"But I was put in a position where I choose my sister, or do I choose the person I’m going to spend the rest of my life with?” Jeremy said.

Jeremy Madix hopes for reconciliation with sister Ariana Madix 

Jeremy clarified that “no one can really put their finger on why” Ariana and Rachael never clicked, but noted, “It’s just little slight things that maybe not everyone would notice.”

Despite their falling out, Jeremy still holds his sister in high regard. “Ariana is a sweet, kind girl,” he added.

“I love her so much", he said. He also expressed his hope for a reconciliation, saying, “That’s my sister, she changed my diapers, she loves me very much."

He added, "I would say most certainly we could get to a point of being closer. That’s kind of what I’m yearning for.”
