Miley Cyrus has allegedly advised her siblings to ‘pick a side’ in feud with dad Billy Ray over new wife
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Miley Cyrus is not a fan of her father Billy Ray Cyrus's new wife, Australian singer Firerose. According to sources, the pop star's dissatisfaction is contributing to a less-than-festive season.
The 62-year-old singer of 'Achy Breaky Heart' reportedly thought that after they got married, Miley, 31, would put her complaints about Firerose, 34, aside, but that hasn't happened, according to insiders.
Source claims 'Miley's even more upset'
A source spilled to the National Enquirer, "Billy Ray was hoping things would get better now that they're married, but if anything Miley's even more upset."
It seems that there has been so much tension between Miley, her father, and Firerose that the 31-year-old singer has given her siblings audacious orders.
Miley is said to have drawn a line in the sand and instructed her five siblings to pick a side.
"Noah and Branson are still very close to Billy Ray and have accepted Firerose," the insider said as they predicted, "So if they're forced to choose, they'll take his side."
The singer of 'Flowers' is reportedly depending more on her 56-year-old mother Tish, who also recently got married again after divorcing Billy Ray, as reported by RadarOnline.

"Miley always sided with her mom in the divorce. Whenever Miley gets anxious, Tish is there to comfort her and talk it through," the source noted.

Following over three decades of marriage, Tish and Billy Ray separated in 2022. In July 2022, Tish started dating 53-year-old 'Prison Break' star Dominic Purcell after their divorce. Miley was maid of honor beside her mother during the couple's August 2023 wedding, which took place just over a year later.
Though they did not have Miley's assistance along the road, Billy Ray and his new bride followed a comparable timeline. Billy Ray Cyrus tied the knot with Firerose in October.
Miley's concern regarding her father's relationship with Firerose could be down to the fact that the former Disney star finds the union to be too personal.
The 64-year-old country music artist got to know Firerose—real name Johanna Rosie—when she was a set manager for Miley Cyrus's blockbuster program 'Hannah Montana' 12 years ago. Billy Ray and Firerose worked together on their song 'Plans' in July 2021, years afterward.
Against the wishes of his daughter, Billy Ray proposed to Firerose four months after Tish filed for divorce in April 2022.
