LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: As 'The Fifth Element' approaches its 27th anniversary, Milla Jovovich reflects on the cherished moments she shared with co-star Bruce Willis, both on and off-screen.

The 48-year-old actress, known for her roles in action-packed films, took a trip down memory lane, reminiscing about her time working alongside Willis and the special bond she formed with his family during the 1996 shoot.

Jovovich, whose acting career spans nearly three decades, expressed her disbelief at reaching this milestone, emphasizing the significance of the film in her career.

The 48-year-old actress, who strongly believes that "beauty is meaningless if you don't know who you are", was overwhelmed about completing nearly 30 years in the entertainment industry. She said, "I can't believe I'm at that point, so many anniversaries!"

She reflects on her time on 'The Fifth Element' set, recalling, "There's always, in our lives, a few moments of brilliance amidst all the minutiae — in between all the normal stuff, the failures, disappointments, and whatever else, the good, the bad, the normal, the ugly."

Jovovich said that being Willis' co-star "would have to be one of those shining moments in my life, in my career, as something that really mattered to me as a human and an actress".

"It was a special moment. It was a special character," she added.

However, it was her relationship with Willis' children that left a lasting impression on her.

She acknowledged the age gap between her and Willis and said she found herself bonding with his children, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah, as well as his then-wife, Demi Moore, who would often visit the set.

Acting as an older sister, Jovovich fondly recalls spending quality time with the Willis family, listening to music, dancing, and providing them with cherished moments of respite.

"We would listen to music together and dance," Milla recalled, "giving the parents some mommy daddy time".

"I was like an older sister," she said, calling the actor's clan "a special family".

The movie star particularly praised the actor's daughters, emphasizing that she was closest to them.

"They're so cool, and such wonderful girls, they have such a great relationship with Demi, and I love that," she gushed.

"I look at them as a family unit, and I just think it's really wonderful what they've created."

The 'Resident Evil' star said they remain in touch.
