Millie Bobby Brown hit back at Jake Bongiovi's trolls
The couple’s appearance comes weeks after Brown sat down with Kylie Kelce for an episode of ‘Not Gonna Lie’ podcast, where she hit back at Bongiovi's trolls.
The 24-year-old model and actor faced criticism after Brown was spotted carrying a car seat and two backpacks. She was also seen pushing a suitcase and her daughter's pram without any help, which irked many.
But the 'Stranger Things' star told Kelce, “Hi, I'm Millie Bobby Brown, and I'm not gonna lie, when did women become incapable of holding their own bags, car seats, and stuff?”
“This stems from me holding all of my suitcases and bags and my kid and people are like, 'Your husband doesn't hold a single thing.' And I'm like, 'Because I'm three miles ahead. I have been planning this all night...” she explained.
Millie Bobby Brown calls Jake Bongiovi 'the most polite'
She further noted that “we're all about empowering girls and 'You got it' and 'You don't need a man'. But then when I'm like, 'OK, I can carry my own things,' people are like, 'Where's your husband?’”
“Nobody knows my husband. My husband is the most polite, sweet, will-do-anything-for-me. But he also knows I'm capable,” Brown expressed.
During the podcast, the Primetime Emmy Award-nominated actress also revealed how she thought of adopting a child.
“I loved the aspect of adoption in my social work courses… so meaningful and important. And then I also learned about being a birth mother and what that journey is. So for me, my husband and I took a lot of time to focus on what that story and what that journey looks like. And then we embarked [on] it,” she stated.
