Miranda Lambert had trust issues with Brendan McLoughlin after dancing scandal but they're 'happy again'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Miranda Lambert and her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, have decided to move forward after a brief bump in their marriage caused by a dancing scandal.
Last summer, the former NYPD officer was apparently caught dancing with another woman at a Nashville, Tennessee bar owned by the country singer, which led to some trust issues between the couple.
Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin are 'very happy again' after working through trust issues
A source close to the couple told an outlet, "Miranda has trust issues that can cause her to believe the worst-case scenario. As far as she’s concerned, Brendan did prove to her, without a shadow of a doubt, that nothing had happened during the supposed flirting, but she still struggled to trust him," as per OK! Magazine.

In an effort to rebuild their confidence in each other, the couple "opted to share all their passwords, so that there will never be any questions on either side."
The insider explained that this step "helped to calm a lot of fears. They’re very happy again."
The woman seen dancing with McLoughlin at the bar denied that there was any flirtation, stating, "We were all dancing together and laughing and talking, thanking him for helping to make our bride-to-be’s night so special and fun. He was gracious and polite and kind."
"None of us ever felt that there was any flirting happening," she added, emphasizing that they were simply enjoying themselves in a playful, silly manner.
Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin's bond grows stronger
While Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin did not comment publicly on the drama, the couple's relationship appears stronger than ever.
In a sweet tribute to her husband on their anniversary, the 'Wranglers' hitmaker posted a black-and-white photo from their wedding day earlier this month, captioning it, "6 years💍🩵. I’ll love you forever @brendanjmcloughlin."

They first met in 2018 when she appeared on 'Good Morning America', where McLoughlin worked security. After dating for three months, they tied the knot in a secret ceremony. The singer shared the news on Instagram in February 2019, posting a photo of herself wearing a wedding dress.
A source close to Lambert shared that while she is happy with her life as it is, she doesn't see having children in her future, especially at 40. Although the singer adores her stepson, Landon, and enjoys pampering her friends' children, she is not planning to have her own.
The tipster added that McLoughlin fully supports her decision, even though he would love to have a child with her.
"Miranda says her life is full without being someone’s mom, and that she and Brendan are super happy with the way things are," a source shared. "While he would love to have a baby with Miranda, Brendan respects her decision and loves her no matter what."
Lambert was previously married to Blake Shelton from 2011 to 2015.
