‘Most beautiful man’: Internet in awe as Clint Eastwood makes a public appearance ahead of 94th birthday

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Legendary actor and director Clint Eastwood, who turns 94 next month, recently made a rare public appearance in California, proving that age is just a number for him.

The Hollywood icon was spotted at a speaking event hosted by renowned conservationist Dr Jane Goodall in his adoptive hometown of Carmel-by-the-Sea late last month, according to, the Daily Mail.

Fred Greenstein, who attended the event, wrote, on LinkedIn, “Went to see Jane Goodall speak in Carmel. At 90 years old, she is truly a saint.”

Goodall's documentary ‘Reasons for Hope’ was held at the local Sunset Cultural Center, where Eastwood sat front row and center.

He had joined Goodall backstage at the reception open to VIP guests.

Greenstein added, "Shared lessons from living with apes and her passion for protecting the planet. Talking with Jane here is a very disheveled Clint Eastwood."

Clint Eastwood is in high spirits despite advanced age

Eastwood was dressed in a blue checkered flannel shirt, gray slacks, and sneakers, and appeared advanced in age but still in high spirits, the publication noted. 

His bushy white beard and hair were on full display. He was accompanied by an assistant, but was sprightly enough to get up on stage on his own, the publication noted after obtaining a video from the event.

Eastwood has had a successful career in film over seven decades and even served a two-year stint as mayor of Carmel-by-the-Sea.

Despite his advanced years, 'The Million Dollar Baby' director remains active on set and is currently directing and producing an upcoming film, 'Juror No 2', starring Nicholas Hoult and Toni Collette.

The thriller began shooting in June 2023 and is expected to be his last.

Netizens are in awe of Eastwood’s vibrant spirit, with one fan commenting, “He’s always been my favorite. The absolute best.”
