LaKeith Stanfield talks about his bond with wife Kasmere Trice during 'The Book of Clarence' premiere

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: LaKeith Stanfield, known for his role in 'Get Out,' expressed his joy as a happily married man while discussing his wife, Kasmere Trice Stanfield, and family life at the premiere of his upcoming movie 'The Book of Clarence.'
Speaking to People, LaKeith Stanfield shared, "Much more for the better. I mean, I feel like it's something that calls to you to be your best and highest self whenever, wherever you can," reflecting on the impact of his marriage.
"I got my ring on right now. I take it with me everywhere, and I feel my wife's presence with me everywhere. So it's a really beautiful thing, and I'm really, really grateful to have her," the 32-year-old added.
Enjoying the simplest moments of life!
LaKeith Stanfield emphasized the joy of spending time and sharing life together, describing it as a "truly beautiful thing." He elaborated, saying, "The ability to partner, live, explore, and create together is truly special."
The two announced their engagement in December 2022, and then secretly got married and welcomed their first child together.
LaKeith Stanfield, a father of two daughters from his previous marriage, expressed his commitment to bringing his family forward as a source of inspiration for others.

How did LaKeith and Kasmere meet?
The couple met over in Canada, where the ‘Atlanta’ star was working together. He soon proposed to her during an island vacation around Kasmere's birthday, per People.
“All I ever tried to do in those crazy moments, like when she was in labor, was be a support system. That and figure out how many ice chips I needed to give her,” he back then.

In his biblical movie, ‘The Book of Clarence,’ Stanfield portrays the character of someone who "risks everything to carve his own path to a divine life," per a synopsis.
Discussing his role in a film written and directed by Jeymes Samuel, LaKeith Stanfield described it as a "unique part."
He expressed, "This was an arc and a story that I felt was universal, something everyone goes through – the desire to feel connected in life and navigating the motions, trials, and tribulations."
"Coming out of the end of that feeling inspired, I thought was a good message to leave people," he added.
