WASHINGTON, DC: South Carolina Congresswoman and 2026 gubernatorial candidate Nancy Mace delivered a sharp warning on the Jeffrey Epstein case, insisting that no one, regardless of fame or political affiliation, should be shielded from accountability.

Speaking on the Wake Up America podcast, Mace declared she is ready to expose "anyone" connected to the late financier’s scandal. "I also want to expose people on both sides of the aisle who covered it up," she said.

Mace is among the few Republicans actively pushing for the release of Epstein-related files. She also revealed that she has her own list of individuals she wants to subpoena in connection with the case.

On February 12, Mace shared a clip on X (formerly Twitter) discussing her pursuit of Epstein-related records. "We're ready to expose ANYONE who covered up Jeffrey Epstein's t*********g and assault of women and children. We don't care which side of the aisle they're on or how famous they are," she said.

She criticized the two-tiered justice system, arguing that wealthy and powerful individuals are often allowed to escape accountability. "This country has a two-tiered justice system, and it needs to end. The rich and powerful need to go to jail for their crimes just like everyone else. No more cover-ups," Mace added.

The congresswoman also mentioned her focus on specific communications. "I want to see some of the individuals that Jeffrey Epstein was communicating with. There are some emails referencing underage girls, and maybe potentially parties, where the names have been redacted," she said. She also noted pressing for Bill Gates to testify if subpoenaed.

"This is about exposing those who walk free simply because they are rich, famous, or powerful," she continued. "The discrepancy and two-tiered system of justice is what we want to expose."

Nancy Mace defends Howard Lutnick amid Epstein controversy

Mace also weighed in on Howard Lutnick, who met with Epstein’s family in 2012 on his private island. She made clear that Lutnick did not need to resign. "I’m glad he told the truth under oath today," she said on 'Katie Pavlich Tonight'.

She added, "I’ve not seen any evidence that he did anything wrong. You shouldn’t just be fired because of who you had lunch with. But I do question people who weren’t straightforward, who weren’t honest right away with the American public."
