'Need John Wick': Internet reacts as Keanu Reeves' LA home gets burglarized

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Keanu Reeves’ house is seemingly not a safe place to be in currently as it was recently attacked by burglars.

TMZ citing the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has reported that a person was seen inside the property owned by the actor on Wednesday evening, December 6.

However, when the cops came and searched the place, they found no one and thus, there were no arrests.

Then, around one in the night, police officers responded at the actor’s residence following the report of several men wearing ski masks entering his house.

The publication reported that the alleged criminals were seen “smashing a window and entering the house,” on security cameras.

It has also been said that the intruders have just stolen a firearm from Reeves' house while ‘The Matrix’ star was not at home.

The examination of the security footage by investigators is still underway as “they're specifically looking into whether the first call to cops was made by someone scoping the house.”

However, TMZ report has said that it was not the first time, burglars have targeted Reeves' house.

The culprits tried to enter the ‘Constantine’ actor twice in 2014 as well.

‘John Wick is coming for them’

Meanwhile, a lot of people have reacted to the recent burglary on X, formerly called Twitter.

A user commented, “Seems the burglars didn't touch his dog It would've been another story.”

Another user tweeted, “Where's John Wick when you need him?” referring to his Reeves' popular movie franchise.

“John Wick is coming for them,” the third user shared.

The fourth one said, “I was wondering how are they still alive and he just wasn't home.”

The fifth user wrote, “The man is literally the most down-to-earth, nicest guy ever. Took his own money to pay the crew more on The Matrix. Tons of stuff like this and he gets robbed 🤦🏻‍♀️ I hope karma be coming fast for said thieves.”

“Don’t worry , he will take his dog , get in his mustang , and find them all. Not going to end well 😂” a person jokingly remarked.

Another one added, “So y'all are telling me that these smarty pants burglars thought they'd have a fun day at Keanu's house? They've obviously never seen John Wick. They're in for a wild ride, I'm tellin' ya!”
