WASHINGTON, DC: Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a trove of photos from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate on Friday, December 12, revealing the late financer's connections to some of the world's most powerful figures, including President Donald Trump, former President Bill Clinton and Steve Bannon among others.

The release of the 19 images offers new visual evidence of the social circles Epstein maintained before his arrest.

Among the most notably bizarre items is a photo of a bowl filled with novelty condoms featuring a caricature of Trump’s face.

Another image depicts President Trump standing with six women wearing leis, though the committee redacted the women's faces.

The collection also includes a photograph of former Trump strategist Steve Bannon taking a picture with Epstein in a mirror.

Former President Bill Clinton appears in a photo alongside Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and another couple.

Tech billionaire Bill Gates is shown in a picture with the former Prince Andrew. Other high-profile figures, including former Harvard president Larry Summers and lawyer Alan Dershowitz, also appear in the set.

None of the released images depict sexual misconduct or underage girls.

Democrats demand end to 'White House cover-up'

Representative Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, used the release to demand further transparency from the Department of Justice.

"It is time to end this White House cover-up and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," Garcia said in a statement.

"These disturbing photos raise even more questions about Epstein and his relationships with some of the most powerful men in the world. We will not rest until the American people get the truth."

Lawyers for the Epstein estate noted that the production included documents where they were "unable to confirm whether they were taken at a property owned, rented, operated, or used by Epstein."

Ongoing fallout and denials

The release comes shortly after the committee published emails in which Epstein claimed Trump "knew about the girls" and "spent hours" with accuser Virginia Giuffre.

The Trump White House has dismissed those claims as a "hoax," with Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stating the emails "prove absolutely nothing, other than the fact that President Trump did nothing wrong."

Other figures have sought to distance themselves. A spokesperson for Bill Clinton has repeatedly stated that the former president cut ties with Epstein years before his 2019 arrest.

Bill Gates has previously expressed regret over his association, calling it "a huge mistake."

Meanwhile, Larry Summers recently resigned from the board of OpenAI and took leave from Harvard, stating he is "deeply ashamed" of his past ties to the financier.
