“OK so I just got out of my CT scan — mapping, as they call it — for my radiation treatment, and when they said they were gonna tattoo me … I didn’t realize it was actual, real tattoos, so I was tatted,” Nicole Eggert shared, filming herself from her car after the appointment. The actress admitted that she hadn’t anticipated the tattoos, which were part of her radiation treatment process.

Although visibly upset, Eggert tried to downplay the experience, describing the tattoos as “nothing but dots,” but acknowledging the emotional impact. “Boy, every step of this process is never gonna let you forget it. There’s just always going to be a constant reminder,” she said. She joked, adding, “So yeah, I have tattoos. My mom’s gonna be really proud of my neck tattoo, but that’s OK, that’s OK.”

Nicole Eggert remains hopeful despite challenges

Despite her tears, Nicole Eggert ended her message on a hopeful note, remaining optimistic about the next steps in her treatment. “The rest is gonna have to just be me working on myself and how I’m gonna get through it and ignore these new tattoos that I have,” she said.

Earlier in the day, Eggert had posted another video where she discussed her ongoing radiation treatment. “They’re gonna [do] CT scans and they call it imaging and tattooing of my organs,” she explained. The process ensures that the radiation is targeted correctly, sparing as many vital organs as possible.

Eggert also opened up about her concerns regarding radiation's potential damage to the body. “My father had it on his brain, he had tumors in his brain, and after the first treatment, he was not the same person anymore,” she shared, expressing her worry about the long-term effects of the treatment.

In January, Eggert revealed her diagnosis of stage 2 cribriform carcinoma, a type of breast cancer. She later shared a video of herself shaving her head, further documenting her journey.

Eggert has also mentioned that she believes her breast implants, which she received at the age of 18 in an effort to enhance her appearance for 'Baywatch', may have contributed to her cancer diagnosis.
