The book, originally released on Tuesday, January 9, provides an insight into her prison life through letters, phone transcripts, and photographs.
Blanchard, currently 32, was freed from a Missouri prison on December 28, 2023 after completing seven years of a ten-year sentence for her involvement in the 2015 'Dee Dee' murder.
She uses her book as a platform to recount the alleged abuse inflicted by her mother and grandfather, while also expressing regret for her actions.
Beyond her past, the woman reveals her battle with opioid addiction during her prison term.
The latest news highlight is her revealation that a fan's escape attempt resulted in her solitary confinement, adding another layer to her already complex story, per New York Post.

Gypsy Rose confessed that she was once confined to solitary for two weeks solely due to an unknown individual posting about a prison break.
In her new book 'Released: Conversations on the Eve of Freedom,' she recounted how a super fan's social media post, expressing a desire to help her escape from prison, led to unforeseen consequences.
Blanchard claimed that the fan posted something along the lines of, "something like, 'She doesn’t belong in prison. I wish I could bust her out'." This post was reported to the prison authorities.
Blanchard described the ensuing experience as "traumatizing".
She reportedly spent two weeks in solitary confinement while prison officials searched her belongings for any evidence of plans or correspondence that might suggest she knew the person who made the post. She insists she didn't.
The mere existence of the post was reportedly enough for the staff at Chillicothe Correctional Facility in Missouri to place her in isolation.
The book also includes an open letter she wrote to her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. In the letter, she confronts her mother about the fear, manipulation, and isolation that characterized her upbringing.
