Nostradamus' prophecies come true after 15th-century seer predicted tough times for monarchy in 2024
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM: The ancient predictions made by Nostradamus have resurfaced again following the current events involving Kate Middleton and King Charles' health complications.
The famous 15th century prophet, who correctly predicted the death of Queen Elizabeth II alongside bombing of Hiroshima and the rise of Napoleon, had also foretold difficult times for the monarchy in 2024, WION reports.
Nostradamus' prediction about the royal family this year
In his cryptic verses written centuries ago, Nostradamus predicted the potential abdication of a king and the rise of an unexpected successor which now seems to mirror the current situation involving King Charles and Prince Harry. The ancient prophet said the "King of the Isles" would be "driven out by force” and will be "replaced by one who will have no mark of a king."
King Charles might step down
King Charles is suffering from cancer, which was discovered when he was undergoing treatment for an enlarged prostate. Royal observers speculated that King Charles might step down, either voluntarily or due to pressure related to his health. However, the question of how Prince Harry, who has shown little interest in royal duties, would end up as king remains unanswered.
The predictions of another prophet is coming true
The predictions of a modern-day Nostradamus, Athos Salome, are also gaining attention in light of recent revelations about Kate Middleton's health concerns. Recently, the Princess of Wales revealed she is battling cancer after initially undergoing surgery for what was believed to be a non-cancerous issue.
The 36-year-old Brazilian who claimed to have foreseen major events such as the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic and Elon Musk's purchase of X, claimed that Princess Kate will be dealing with bone, knee, leg, and joint issues in the upcoming year, reported the Daily Star. The mystic, however, claimed that the princess' primary challenge lies in her future role as a royal.
Even a user who was baffled by the coincidence, penned on X, "The prophecy of #Nostradamus is fulfilled: 'Kate Middleton' has cancer, the British crown must give the throne to Prince Harry, because William no longer meets the requirements to be the King of England.”

Kate Middleton's emotional message
Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, has disclosed that she has cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy. “In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous,” Kate said in a video update about her health. The message, recorded on Wednesday, March 20, was broadcast two days later.
“The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment," she added.
Kate Middleton just revealed she has cancer and is undergoing chemo, which makes the palace blaming the photo editing on her even weirder. Hopefully she gets better and hopefully their PR learns from this pic.twitter.com/pMv8lh3pio
