Outrage as Hulk Hogan jokes about 'body-slamming' Kamala Harris while mocking her ethnicity

MEDINA, OHIO: Hulk Hogan asked the raucous crowd at a packed Ohio bar on Monday, August 19, if he should "body slam” Vice President Kamala Harris while making derogatory remarks about her ethnicity.

The explosive footage shows the retired professional wrestler, who made an appearance at the Republican National Convention in July, veering into a weird territory while promoting his new beer.

In a clip obtained by TMZ, Hulk Hogan is heard provocatively asking the Thirsty Cowboy crowd, "Want me to body slam somebody? You want me to body slam Kamala Harris? I said, 'Do you want me to body slam Kamala Harris?'"

He further fueled the fire by referencing one of his signature wrestling moves, "You want me to drop a leg on Kamala?" before making an offensive comment about her ethnicity: "Is Kamala a chameleon? Is she Indian?"

Vice President Harris identifies as a Black and Indian woman. She was born to a Jamaican-American father and an Indian-American mother.

Hogan’s comments included a stereotypical and outdated gesture connected to Native Americans, which he quickly tried to downplay. "I’m gonna get heat for that one, brother," said the WWE legend, before adding, "That was not me, that was the beer talking."

Known for his controversial stunts, Hogan extended his support to Donald Trump at the RNC, where he concluded his speech by ripping off his shirt to reveal a tank top emblazoned with the names of Trump and his running mate JD Vance.

Hulk Hogan faces backlash over his controversial remarks about Kamala Harris

Hulk Hogan's inflammatory remarks ignited a wave of criticism online.

One said, "He’s such a racist POS. These people are clowns," and another remarked, "Shame on Hulk, he sure has fallen as a man. He used to be respected." 

"Sadly was a big fan of this guy as a kid in the 80s. Obviously is clearly trash," wrote a person, with one more expressing, "Who’s this guy? Will the 80s/90s hulk hogan please stand up." 

"Holy Ship! This guy is toast," commented an individual. "All of these MAGA types need to be exiled," said another frustrated person. 

A netizen stated, "This is all very shocking and surprising behavior," and one more pointed out, "His ignorance and those of the dummies listening to him are on full display.
