LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Paris Hilton recently revealed in a podcast interview that she is "proud" of her glowing skin over the years and has never done any cosmetic procedures. She claimed that it was all natural.
Hilton spoke with Zach Sang on the Friday, November 22 episode of his eponymous podcast and revealed how she has managed to keep her skin glowing and natural, per People.

'The Simple Life' alum said during the podcast, "I feel really proud that I'm all natural" and added that she has "stayed out of the sun" and "never done any Botox, injectables, no surgery, nothing."
She also revealed that her mother, Kathy Hilton, taught her skincare tricks and tips at a very young age. She said, "My mom told me when I was 8 years old, 'Paris, stay out of the sun.'"
She further stated, "Then she taught me this amazing 10-step skincare routine. So I’ve literally been doing that since [I was] 8."
She also revealed to Sang and his co-host Dan Zolo that she has also ensured her home is equipped with spa essentials to maintain her skincare routine.
Hilton said, "I’ve also built a spa in my house called the Sliving Spa. It has the most epic LED lights, hydrafacial machines, hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy. It’s basically a real spa that you would see."
Hilton says she has been spray tanning since she was teenager
Paris Hilton told Allure on May 3 that she’s "never wanted to be pale" and has been spray tanning since she was a teenager. She posted a video on TikTok the same day showing behind-the-scenes footage of a photo shoot with her daughter, London.
She then told someone off-camera about a mistake she made in preparing for the shoot with her baby, who was 5 months old then.
She said, "Usually, I like to be really tan. But I wasn't thinking about you" as she turned her attention to London. She told her daughter, "You're so pale. You've never been in the sun and we can't spray tan you."
