Paris Hilton's ex-fiance Chris Zylka turns himself in after fighting cops and attempting car break-in
WARREN, OHIO: Actor Chris Zylka has turned himself in to police more than 10 days after an arrest warrant was issued in connection to a December 4 incident.
Zylka appeared in Warren Municipal Court on Monday, December 16, alongside his attorney Jeffrey Goodman.

The incident reportedly involved Chris Zylka attempting to enter vehicles in the middle of a busy road in Warren, Ohio. Police were called to the scene after receiving reports of the behavior.
TMZ earlier reported that police responded to calls of a man dressed in pajamas, without a shirt or shoes, attempting to enter a woman's car at a busy Warren, Ohio intersection.
Zylka appeared "foaming at the mouth" and was believed to be under the influence of drugs in "some sort of excited delirium state."
The '10 Things I Hate About You' alum reportedly struggled during his arrest, requiring three officers to handcuff him. Paramedics administered ketamine to subdue Zylka on the scene before transporting him to a hospital, People reported.
Despite initial suspicions, Zylka's drug test came back clean, however, his arrest warrant was issued after he escaped a 'police hold' from the hospital.
Detective Sgt Eric Laprocina said that charges were filed against him on December 5.

Chris Zylka was charged with two felonies: assault for elbowing an officer and attempting to commit an offense by trying to break into a vehicle.
The actor also faces three misdemeanor charges: disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and aggravated menacing.

The reports said four out of five arrest warrants against him were recalled following his court appearance on December 16.
Three of the six charges are currently being contested. These include the two felony charges and the misdemeanor charge for disorderly conduct. However, the misdemeanor charges for resisting arrest and aggravated menacing remain uncontested.

Zylka's personal bond allowed him to be released under the condition that he would appear for all court dates. His next court appearance is scheduled for January 17.
He was previously in an 11-month engagement with Paris Hilton in 2018.
