During his final episode on June 6, White honored Sajak's work and their friendship with a video segment on her social media account that featured clips and photos tracing their collaboration from the 1980s to the present.
"I can't believe that tomorrow is our last show together," she said in her clip, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
"I don't know how to put into words what these past 41 years have meant to me, but I'm going to try," she added.
Sajak has hosted 'Wheel of Fortune' for 43 years since 1981. Sajak and White, who joined the show in 1982, have worked together on upwards of 8,000 episodes over the years.
As the sentences are guessed on the board, White's now-iconic job as co-host involves revealing the letters for the phrases while Sajak quizzes contestants at the show's eponymous wheel.

Ryan Seacrest has replaced Pat Sajak in 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune'
Seacrest, who will begin his hosting duties in September, feels the job is not going to be easy for him.
Earlier in April, he told People, “Well, no one can ever do what Pat has done. He is incredible. He has made that show just something so very special for so long, and he has done such a seamless, remarkable job, so no one can be him.”
He added, “So do I feel pressure? Sure. People love watching him. I want them to keep love watching it, and I hope to do a great job as well.” He then mentioned, “I've been watching the show all my life, and I've been watching it as much as I can as an adult and as a child.
