KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Patrick Mahomes has finally opened up about the recent burglary at his Kansas City residence.

The reigning Super Bowl champion was asked during the Wednesday, November 13, press conference about the unfortunate event, “It’s disappointing. I can’t get into too many details because the investigation is still ongoing but it’s obviously something you don’t want to happen to anybody — and obviously yourself.”

When did the burglary take place at Patrick Mahomes' residence?

According to police records, the break-in was reported by one of the security personnel of the NFL star after midnight on October 6.

When the reporters pressed for more information on the burglary, and its circumstances, Mahomes responded, saying, “I can’t speak too much about the details of everything with the investigation going on but I’m sure at some point that will be talked about.”

Within two days, thieves also managed to sneak into Travis Kelce's Leawood, Kansas, mansion, where they stole $20,000, reported Page Six.
