Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow announces split from her husband ‘after three wonderful years’ of marriage

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Meadow Walker, the daughter of late 'Fast & Furious' star Paul Walker, has revealed that she and her husband Louis Thornton-Allan have decided to end their marriage.

The model shared a joint statement with her ex-husband on Instagram, asking for privacy and respect from their fans.

In their shared Instagram statement, Meadow Walker said that they had mutually agreed to amicably separate after three years of marriage.

They also expressed their continued love and support for each other and hoped that everyone would respect their wishes for privacy. 

“After three wonderful years of marriage, we have come to the agreement to amicably separate. This is truly a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy," they said in a statement.

"We maintain mutual love and respect for one another, and will continue to support each other," they added.

Meadow and Louis tied the knot on a beach in the Dominican Republic in October 2021.

She posted a black-and-white video of their wedding on Instagram with the caption, “We’re married !!!”

The ceremony was attended by some of her father’s 'Fast & Furious' co-stars, such as Vin Diesel and Jordana Brewster. Meadow announced her engagement to Louis, who is an actor, in August 2021.

She showed off her ring in a poolside video on Instagram, with heart emojis as the caption in a since-deleted post.

Meadow’s father Paul Walker died in a tragic car crash in November 2013, when she was 15 years old.

He was 40 years old at the time of his death. Meadow paid a tribute to her father on social media and shared a heartfelt post on his 50th birthday in September. 

“Happy birthday to my guardian angel. Thank you for your love, guidance, friendship, sunshine and for raising me to see all of the beauty in the world. You are the most kind, humble, generous and caring soul I know. You taught me at a young age to always treat everyone with respect, to do good and to take care of our planet. I love you and miss you every day," she said.
