Pax Jolie-Pitt's pals concerned after bike accident as he has a history of 'being reckless' while riding
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pax Jolie-Pitt is reportedly doing fine after facing a bike accident last week, but now it has been revealed that he has a history of such mishaps.
Page Six also reported that he mostly skips his helmet while riding a bicycle or a bike.
Pax Jolie-Pitt’s accident history worries his friends
A source disclosed, “His friends are concerned about him. He’s being reckless,” before adding, “They’re worried.”
The accident of the 20-year-old happened on Monday, July 29, while he was riding his electric bicycle on Los Feliz Blvd around five in the evening.
Pax reportedly hit a car’s back while approaching a red light. The initial report said that he suffered a head injury and also complained about pain in his hip to police and paramedics when they arrived at the scene.
He was then taken to a local hospital for checkup and treatment.
Pax Jolie-Pitt was gifted Suzuki DRZ-125 motorbike on his 11th birthday
Though it’s not clear which bike Pax was riding at the time of the accident, he was gifted a Suzuki DRZ-125 motorbike by his now-estranged famous father for his 11th birthday.
A tipster at the time shared, as per E! News, “He wants the boys to be able to ride them on private land. It'll be a fun thing for them to do, and obviously, he has a real passion for bikes which he'd like to pass on.”
Netizens say Pax Jolie-Pitt is ‘old enough to know better’
Meanwhile, people have shared their two cents online following the accident.
A reader below the Page Six article wrote, “The real problem is all these electric vehicles being driven at unsafe speeds all over the sidewalks and streets. I can’t even safely walk on the sidewalk anymore without those things buzzing by. The vehicles should be registered and the operators should have licenses. Drivers also need to take their headphones off and pay attention. And finally, ban them from sidewalks subject to a $10,000 fine and a year in prison. For once France was right when they completely banned them from the streets of Paris.”
Another reader said, “Unfortunately as an adult, the most a parent can do it pray he's okay and hopes it doesn't happen again. I don't ride, but my sister does and her and many bikers feel like helmets impede their vision sometimes. I also tell her I think she should always wear them.”
“The Pax rear-ended a vehicle stopped at a red light, the accident is 100% his fault. Mumsie and Pop Pop will pay off the accident victim and immediately buy the Pax Pax a new e-bike of his choice. Rules do not apply to this entitled character,” the third one noted.
The fourth reader stated, “He has always struck me as a spoiled brat. Let him continue on riding the side saddle and not wearing a helmet. His parents can afford to support him when his luck runs out and he finds himself paralyzed.”
The fifth one added, “Get well Pax! Wear a helmet all the time going forward.”
A comment read, “Proving once again ...driving is not a universal skill.”
Another said, “That's on him. He is old enough to know better.”
