WASHINGTON, DC: Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) appeared on Fox News' 'Hannity' on Thursday, February 5, where he urged viewers to pray and also donate to his campaign war chest ahead of this year’s midterms.

The midterm election is set to happen in November of this year, and Graham is once again up for reelection. During his appearance, the 70-year-old said, “I want every Republican and Democrat to vote as to whether or not we should eliminate sanctuary cities.”

“If we don’t, we’ll never end the fraud. How can you help? You can pray,” Graham stated, before asking the viewers to "volunteer" and make "phone calls."

The South Carolina senator continued, “You can knock on doors. But you can give! I’ve been out-raised twice in the last two quarters. They’re killing us money-wise. I would rather have $10 from a million people than one guy giving me $10 million.”

He then went on to direct people to his website as he added, “Please go to lindseygraham.com tonight and give what you can, and do it every month until the election. There are millions of people watching. If you can give $10, $20, whatever you can give, I’m gonna take half that money and give it to my fellow Republicans to hold the Senate.”

Concluding his plea, the Republican revealed that his party is “getting wiped out financially.”

“I don’t know where the hell all this money’s coming from, but everybody out there, if you can help, help tonight. The money goes to a good cause. It’s gonna save our country. God bless Donald Trump,” he ended.

Lindsey Graham had said he was 'being killed financially' in 2020

However, this was not the first time Graham had asked for money. In 2020, during an appearance on 'Fox & Friends', he insisted he was “being killed financially.”

While discussing the Supreme Court after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, he reportedly said, “Act Blue raised $150 million right after the death of Justice Ginsburg within three days. My opponent raised $6 million. I’m being outspent four-to-one. Outraised five-to-one. LindseyGraham.com if you want to help me close the gap. I need some help.”

“And God bless Justice Ginsburg, we are celebrating her life — I appreciate waiting Saturday to announce the replacement — but I’m being killed financially. This money is ’cause they hate my guts,” Graham added at the time.
