LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ariana Grande made a heartfelt reflection on what she described as "one of the most transformative, most challenging, and yet happiest and most special years" of her life.

Ariana Grande says her 'life was screaming to teach me'

In her post, Grande stated, "There were so many beautiful" in 2023 and "yet polarized feelings." The songwriter further talked about the impact the year had on her as she said, "I've never felt more at the mercy of and in acceptance of what life was screaming to teach me."

Ariana Grande says she is 'deeply misunderstood' by the public

In her post, Grande expressed gratitude for the projects she has been part of this year. The artist who filmed the 'Wicked' movie adaptation in London this year also thanked the people she came across during her works.

"I have never felt more pride or joy or love while simultaneously feeling so deeply misunderstood by people who don't know me, who piece whispers together and make what they want out of me and their assumptions of my life," she wrote.

Ariana Grande says she's 'protecting' herself from negative energy

According to ET, Grande and her now-boyfriend Ethan Slater who met on the set of 'Wicked' began dating after they both had separated from their respective spouses.

The 'Safety Net' singer said she is "reacting to things that deserve my energy only and removing and protecting myself from things that do not."
