Priscilla Presley furious at Lisa Marie’s ex for letting their twin daughters take ‘path of stardom’
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE: Priscilla Presley is reportedly upset about her granddaughters’ lifestyle and future plans.
The teenage twins, Harper and Finley, are said to be living a life far from what their late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had hoped for them.
Michael Lockwood criticized over his parenting of twins Harper and Finley
Michael Lockwood, 62, was granted sole custody of 16-year-old twins Finley and Harper after Lisa Marie died in January 2023 from complications of a small bowel obstruction caused by a previous bariatric surgery. Lockwood and Lisa Marie were married from 2006 to 2021 and shared the twins.
Sources claim Lockwood and his wife, celebrity makeup artist Stephanie Hobgood, have allowed the girls too much freedom.
Insiders told RadarOnline Lockwood and Hobgood are “anything but helicopter parents,” letting the girls wear revealing outfits, giving them large allowances, and supporting what one source called a “party-hearty lifestyle.”
The source added, “The twins are acting more like Kardashians than embracing the low-key life Lisa Marie wanted for them — and Michael and Stephanie are just going with the flow.”

Sources said Lockwood and Hobgood are also encouraging the twins’ fame-driven goals.
Harper is reportedly pursuing a modeling career, while Finley is said to be interested in music.
“That is exactly what Lisa Marie did not want for her daughters. She wanted to shield them from public life and encourage them to pursue normal, everyday careers as regular, everyday people,” an insider shared.
Priscilla, 80, as per the insiders, is worried about the direction the girls are headed.
“Priscilla is P-O’d. The last thing she wants is to see her grandkids going down that glittery path of stardom because of the significant dangers and pitfalls associated with that sort of life,” a source said.

Family concerns grew after Lisa Marie’s son, Benjamin Keough, faced similar circumstances and died by suicide in 2020 at age 27.
An insider revealed, “She felt like she had gone awry with (her son) Benjamin by letting him do whatever he wanted, and he fell in with the wrong crowd and she blamed herself for his eventual death from suicide.”
Complicating matters are suspicions that Lockwood is benefiting from the twins’ inheritance.
A source alleged to RadarOnline, “They just got back from Belfast, and that’s only the tip of the iceberg. The fear is that he’s using them to live the high life and get famous again.”
