LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Priscilla Presley is not happy with several of her former business associates and is suing them for financial elder abuse.

Priscilla, who was previously married to the legendary rock star Elvis Presley, is suing her former business partners after claiming they stole over $1 million from her.

In the lawsuit, she claimed her ex-associates including Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan and Lynn Walker Wright “preyed on her” and took advantage of her finances.

In the lawsuit obtained by Daily Mail, it can be seen that ‘The Naked Gun’ actress claimed that the accused quartet took control of her finances “forcing her into a form of indentured servitude” in a “meticulously planned and abhorrent scheme.”

Priscilla shared in the lawsuit that she met with Kruse in 2021 when the other woman was selling Elvis memorabilia through an auction house.

Priscilla claimed that after the meeting, Kruse convinced her that all her previous financial advisors were either “deceitful or incompetent.”

Kruse also reportedly duped her to make new contracts while forming a new company with her. However, the clauses were such that, Priscilla claimed she was left with “just 20 percent of her own company.”

Kruse and the other associates were, however, gaining 80 percent of the profit.

Priscilla claimed in the suit that the group left her with minority shares in companies from which they profited after using her “name, image and likeness.”

Interestingly, Priscilla is suing her former partners who established the company in her name, Priscilla Presley Partners, LLC.

She cited in the lawsuit that they misappropriated funds from the 2023 biopic ‘Priscilla’ starring Jacob Elordi and Cailee Spaeny while branding Kruse a “con artist and pathological liar.”

She claimed that her ex-associates “torpedoed” her to make a deal to invest in a cosmetics company. However, they instead settled for a $300,000 upfront payment.

Priscilla further claimed that the money was kept in her former business partners’ accounts only.

The lawsuit claimed that the partners were “setting up new accounts at their preferred banks (and poisoning the relationship Presley had for many years with her financial institutions), adding themselves to her bank accounts, transferring funds between accounts (and to their own personal accounts), and entering into sham, insider transactions for their own benefit.”

Priscilla also claimed through the suit that Kruse and associates took $40,000 out of an account for her son Navarone Garibaldi without authorization, and tried to make deals related to Lisa Marie’s estates.

Priscilla is currently suing Kruse for more than $ 1 million in damages and wants to nullify the contracts she signed with her business partners.

Brigitte Kruse sued Priscilla Presley in February 2024

Priscilla Presley’s lawsuit against Brigitte Kruse comes after her February 2024 lawsuit against the 79-year-old actress.

In the suit, Kruse claimed that she prevented Priscilla’s “financial ruin and public embarrassment.”

She further claimed that when they formed the company, Priscilla had outstanding tax debts of $700,000. She made her affairs in order when Priscilla had been just “about 60 days away from financial collapse.”

She was suing Priscilla for a breach of contract saying that Elvis’s wife ceased to have any contact with her from August 2023 and has not compensated for the money they made together in projects.
