LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Property Brothers' star Drew Scott, 46, and his wife, Linda Phan, 39, have joyfully announced the birth of their second child, daughter Piper Rae, born on Tuesday, May 21.

"We are over the moon," Drew wrote on his joint site with twin brother Jonathan Scott. "Piper is healthy, Linda is healthy, and seeing Parker excited to be a big brother is adorable."

Drew and Linda, already experienced parents to their 2-year-old son Parker, are adjusting to the new dynamic of having a baby girl in the family. "He's curious, helpful and maybe a little jealous," Drew said of Parker.
