Ray's latest videos have left fans worried as many found her appearance 'unrecognizable'.

Ray, 56, previously faced health concerns, including a throat cancer scare reported by The National Enquirer in 2008. While she denied the severity of the claims, Ray did undergo "minor surgery" for a benign cyst on her vocal cord.

At the time, her representative, Charlie Dougiello, assured the public that it was a routine procedure.

Dougiello shared with People, "Rachael is the picture of health."'

"She is having very minor surgery to remove a benign cyst on her vocal cord," he said, adding, “It’s a common in-and-out procedure that she will have in early December and it will not adversely affect any of her daytime show or Food Network tapings."

"(Rachael's) totally fine. It’s just something she needs to take care of. She hasn’t been feeling ill," a source noted.

In 2006, Rachael, famous for her distinctive raspy voice, shared with the outlet that she's struggled with voice issues for much of her life.

"I lose my voice a lot," she admitted.

She explained, "I had a lot of croup as a kid so I don’t have the strongest vocal cords to begin with. I went to a voice doctor [who] taught me exercises for my throat and to cut back a little on the caffeine."

Rachael Ray has sparked concern among her fans after sharing a recent video on Instagram in which she appeared noticeably different.

The beloved chef and former talk show host posted a video of herself preparing pollo al mattone, a seasoned roast chicken, on Saturday, showcasing a more casual and makeup-free look that left many followers questioning her well-being.

In the video, Ray, 56, is seen wearing a black button-up cardigan, jeans, and glasses - an accessory she typically doesn't wear during her cooking segments. The absence of her usual makeup further added to the departure from her usual appearance, prompting a wave of comments from fans expressing concern.

"Are you ok, Rachael?" one follower asked.

Another commented, "I didn't even realize this was her," while a third simply questioned, "This is actually Rachael Ray? What happened? Is she okay? I didn't even recognize her. Did I miss something? Is she suffering from some kind of illness?"

"Hope this is nothing other than age," one user wrote.

Another follower expressed a more direct concern, writing, "Wait! What’s going on with Rachael Ray?"

Others voiced similar sentiments, with one commenter stating, "@rachaelray I love you but are you ok? I’m seriously concerned."
